So I have not worked out since Tuesday. I can't seem to find a way to workout if I can't do it in the mornings.
Most of last week I had things to get out and do and was gone for several hours ar a time and at night we like to spend our time catching up on tv and having dinner with the family.
I need to find a way to be more disaplined with myself and make myself workout in the evenings if I can't do it in the mornings. It just has to happen.
Cooper is sick again. Not sure with what but he is grumpy, has a fever, and is congested in his chest and when he coughes. Poor baby.
Guess the few hours of snow was not long enough to kill anything going around:(

Well, todays workout.
Bodyrock Ass fire indermediate workout: 12-15 min
Weights: 15 min
Rowing machine: 15 min

Still not going to weigh myself but I am going to measure today.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's tough to do during the day, Sarah, especially with all your boys. Mornings is the easiest time for discipline. When you have a tough daytime schedule, something always comes up. Can't believe Cooper is sick again. That's terrible. Give him a hug for me. Enjoy your workout.

Poor Cooper!! :( Hope he feels better soon! And mom don't be to hard on yourself. I think you have a great system and you know what to do about getting into shape. As a parent, when their needs are more important than ours, that takes a lot out of you! So don't be too hard on yourself. Perhaps in the evening just do easy workouts like jump ropes or jumping jacks and then sit-ups and push-ups, wall-sits, burpees, etc. It won't take you that long and its something that gets you moving. You can easily do it watching tv as well! But don't think that you are not disciplined...because you are!
