expected more this week,but- is better than+ rode my stationary bike 31 miles and lift 3 lb weights while I ride,maybe I gained some muscle, that would be nice
217.2 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
