that 2 hour walk difinately gave me results. im now 10.1kg down, good effort. even though i still have around 48 kg to drop i really think and feel im gonna get to my goal weight by my set date in june 2011. nothing in my mind can stop me , if its meant to be then its up to ME.
262.1 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 107.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.0 lb a week
