I been on a 400 calories diet and walking and exercising I went from as big as 397 and now I'm down to 236. I'm going for a goal of 150. Or maybe more...
236.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
