have been good with diet,measure the same, Having yogurt and banana for breakfast, homemade tomato soup with 2 ryvitas for lunch 1 chicken kiev and salad or veg for dinner then a bowl of oats with a few chocolate buttons for a treat, also have been working out a lot 6 times a week, on treadmill for 1 hour ,then rowing machine for 15mins,trying to use up about at least 800cals a time in the gym, going to start kettle bells for my arms next week ,
