No changes in my weight although I have been and continue to go through a personal trial. Today, I start again. Goal: To get under 200lbs before my birthday (7-13); short goal, lose 15 pounds in the next 3 weeks...
225.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
