I only ate too much 1 (!) day and I already gained weight. This is crazy! I am so dissapointed... I will never be able to eat more than 1600kcal/day for the rest of my life or I will gain weight :(
133.4 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
