Well, I was down to 194 Tuesday, but back up to 196 this week. My Step-son is getting married March 31. GOAL: 180 lbs. Got to get serious and quit splurging!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
