goal of today is no energy drinks, and no doritos/junk food
210.2 lb Lost so far: 65.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1862 kcal Fat: 111.42g | Prot: 108.40g | Carb: 111.23g.   Breakfast: Brown Sugar, Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original, Nonfat Raspberry Greek Yogurt, Cinnamon, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch: Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Deli Sliced Ham. Dinner: Hard-Boiled Egg, V8 V-Fusion Peach Mango, Macaroni or Pasta Salad with Tuna, Cheddar Cheese, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat). Snacks/Other: Honey Roasted Peanuts, Ken's Steak House Russian Dressing, Cucumber (Peeled). more...

I would definitely steer clear of the energy drinks. They have been linked to kidney and heart problems. The long term effects of these drinks on the body aren't really known/poorly understood.
