I think I invented a new exercise. Maybe not.. I get on the elliptical and once I get the blood flowing, I will put both feet on one foot pad and one hand on the middle bar, and push with just my one arm while raising the resistance. Once you get the momentum going your doing some serious chest and back work with cardio. When your exhausted go back to normal then move over to the other side and arm. I found my self extremely tired when normally I would not have broke a sweat by that point. I may look like a idiot but I think I'm on to something.


I have been kinda sick this week sneezing and congestion, still went to the gym every day but appetite has not been what it usually is. I hope this weekend will go as well as last weekend. I'm use to the low carbing now. I get the low carb bread which helps allot. I will probably treat my self tonight though. I hope to be no more than 219 by Monday morning.

I'm dropping my goal weight to 201...
218.5 lb Lost so far: 111.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
