#1 eating at my desk
#2 red wine (empty calories)
#3 beer (empty calories)
#4 salty, fast food
Positive Actions:
1. I exercise 3 times per week at a minimum
2. I alternate the type of exercise (running, swimming, weight training)
3. I love vegetables, salad and lean meat
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
