My estimated weight yesterday was not accurate since I had no scales, but now I have some and weighed myself this arvo. I think yesterday's estimate was right too... I have lost some fluids or something in the last day afer that hard ride yesterday. Yesterday's bike ride - Narooma to Tilba return - was HILLY and tiring and went for 4 hours. Some calorie burning there! Today I did 2 hours gardening spreading mulch too... Phew. Tired now
Hunger is not that great - I've had no snacks since an early lunch. I'm debating whether to have some red wine as a reward. It will still eave me well ahead of my target calories but I should really be eating it in food and save my liver - and liver fat!!!
161.2 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
