Quiet day... Easter Friday. Not doing much today. I rode yesterday so don't think I should do legs 2 days in a run. Just whipper snipped the lawn. Very quiet. Everyone with families and me alone. Boo hoo. Feeling in better shape but weight is still pretty much the same... I think I am building heavy muscle with all the cycling. I'll be prepared to be patient though... maybe lose just half a kilo over this next week. That will be fine.
