It was a pretty good day altogether but I did a few things I should have. One, I bought some extra junk to eat at the gas station while traveling betwwen the two schools I subbed at. I had enough food in the bag that I shouldn't have needed that. Two, I choose to eat a powerbar over an apple. It would have been just fine to eat the apple but I wanted the powerbar. I guess I still have things to work on.
288.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
