I tried BPC again, and it lasted me from 6:30 - 13:00! Nothing ever seems to keep me full, so this was a major win for me! I had my burger casserole for lunch, and had a damn feeding frenzy for dinner. I made "sandwiches" with lettuce wraps.

I did C25k, W2D1 today. Ive done the beginning week a million and one times, so I thought I coukd skip it, and instead got my ass kicked. I'm not really built for running and I hate it, but I have this burning desire to run and entire 5k without stopping. Oy Vey.

I also have plans in the future to start Stronglifts 5x5. It looks simple but challenging, and if instagram is telling me anything, its that skinny isn't good enough. I need to be STRONG.
149.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
