YIPEE! My scale has never read a weight in the 140s so this was an exciting day... especially since I have not weighed in since friday morning and I have spent the weekend eating at restaurants, sitting on my butt and watching hockey (I put on an officiating development clinic this weekend and supervised a bunch of girls from our province while they reffed some bantam girls hockey). Needless to say, after a long hard weekend of freezing... i didn't expect to, but i feel that i deserve to have "frozen my ass off". good night and cheers! (hopefully the number is still below 150 in the morning... time for a new goal weight)
