First week of the diet plan is done. Im tired and my abs hurt alot. Makes sense cause thats where i have the most amount of my fat located. I need to find some really good core and ab work outs that i can do on a daily basis. i want to slim down. I have plenty of muscle i just want to stream line everything.

So i just did a weigh in and it says im loosing weight to fast. I just want to state that my previous weigh ins were guesses and this weigh in was with an actual scale. I havent ate anything today yet and im going to eat lunch now so dont worry.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
