dusting of snow friday night, roads slippery Saturday morn, so did yoga & elliptical yesterday. ate rest of chocolate mousse cake, very rich.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
