I got lost in following the intake guidelines of Atkins during the Pre-maintenance and Maintenance Phases. It was a lot easier to follow the stricter version of the Atkins woe while I was losing weight. However, after I reach my goal weight, which I attained nine months after starting Atkins in July 2010, I stopped being fastidious with the all of the tracking and counting of net carbs. This is my second time using the Atkins woe and losing pounds down to my goal weight and then losing control in the maintenance phase. Now at 191 pounds, I am almost back to where I started (193 lbs)two years ago. After reaching my goal weight I added an exercise regimen, which led to both muscles and a stronger appetite. I continue with the daily exercise, but I have 2-3 extra inches in the gut. I have revised my weight goal to 180 up from the 165 which I had reached.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
