153.5 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

502 kcal Fat: 7.22g | Prot: 56.62g | Carb: 58.52g.   Breakfast: herbal tea, Apple, Iced Coffee. Lunch: lemon juice, spinach, broiled shrimp. Dinner: skim milk, garlic powder, onion powder, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, kosher salt, pepper, baby romaine. Snacks/Other: strawberries, Diet Lemonade Iced Tea, stevia, water, melba toast & spices (breaded). more...

Woke up starving and the rest of the day was just as bad. Even tho i'm on higher hcg and Vit B shots and multi and Crave curb, I was feeling like I was on a starvation diet. Felt exhausted all day and it seems to be getting worse. I don't seem to be losing the weight I'm supposed to on this diet if it's supposed to be up to a pound a day. Emailed Dr. P who responded by telling me to up my diet to 600 calls daily and take crave curb tabs x 5 twice a day. Will try to see him on Monday to see what's going on. I'm staying on this diet by sheer will, not comfort.
