Eating at night is not necessarily a bad thing. It's the food choices that are important. I am an evening eater as well and here is what I was told how to handle it so you lose weight and burn calories when you sleep. 1. No sugars or fruits after 7 pm. 2. Have a low calorie protein drink as an evening snack. 3. You can eat as much raw stalk veggies as you want with no dip. I try to force down a cup of broccoli or cauliflower, even if I have to literally plug my nose and choke it down. 4. Water, water, water and more water!!! If you follow this for a week, I guarantee your evening cravings will disappear. (ps. I also take an omega 3-6-9, supplement around 9 to balance my low fat diet. ) give it a try an let me know if it works.

Thank you so much Nehiyaw. I am a veggie freak so it sounds do-able.I have been out of town soi I did not see your comment. I actually did better as I was in a hotel and could not do what I normally do at night. But now that I am home it kicked in again. I am going to start today with your suggestion. Thanks and I will let you know! Loweern
