Well no change from last week, but for me that is really a good thing because the weekends normally kill me because for me it is harder to maintain and watch what I eat on the weekends because I am always on the go.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
