153.5 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 10.5 lb a week

Feeling very hungry today. However, I was busy with family and even ate out. First time away from my own kitchen, but the restaurant made grilled shrimp and asparagus without oil/butter. Excellent. Seems like this week is harder than week 1. I'll see how this goes and talk to Dr. P.
