Well it was superbowl weekend, and you want's to diet during superbowl. Didn't eat really crazy, but i got lazy and didnot record any of the over eating that is was doing. How in the world did I loose a pound this week is crazy.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
