I can't believe that I lost 2 pounds!! I also love that I found out that Reddi Whip only has 15 calories per tbsp!! There's nothing better than strawberries and whip cream!!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
