Yay! After a week of good workouts: 4 days hard cardio, 2 days strength training, and I'm down 2.5 lbs!! I also counted calories every day except Tuesday. I wasn't always under my "goal" but I was able to have a deficit every day.
I'm hoping this week will play out similarly. I would like to be at 129 or 130 by March 12, when I go home for 5 days. I know that will be a big eating week, as the town I'm living in now has a total of about 10 restaraunts, 3 of which are any good. I will be eating all my fav foods in one week! Aghhhh! At least my family and friends back home love to workout, so I will only lose half my diet for the week.
So here's to another good week! Going to do pilates (30 min) before church, then going shopping with a friends, after which we'll go to the gym for a good treadmill workout.
