Stay far frm saturated fats (cheese dairy and fatty meat). Trans fat (margarine processed snack food an fried foods). Limit fast food packaged chips and processed baked products. Refined grains (white rice white pasta white bread). Eat fiber!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
