I've been sick the past week, so this is my weight per the doctors office today. I haven't been able to eat much since I've been coughing so much, but hopefully the antibiotics and industrial cough syrup I got will do the trick to get me back in gear!
247.5 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
