I'm still sick, and on the 14th took the day off since it was Valentines day....no more excuses, I'm under 250, and that's where I'm gonna stay! I have been able to eat more, but just need to watch WHAT I eat. Got a rotisserie chicken today, that should last a few days, but need to watch what I eat with it. Who knew you could eat 3 cups of salad greens (Fresh Exress Spring Mix) for only 1% of the daily food? Need to find other veggies to go with that, but NOT go overboard and eat too much. Next week I'll start the 1600 calories a day, wanna make sure I get over this sickness before I go more gung-ho into dieting.
248.5 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Cactus (slightly cooked), bean sprouts (slightly cooked), broccoli, red bell peppers and cilantro. I add walnuts for crunch and egg whites for protein.
