haven't written anything in awhile, but I have been following my plan I set for myself. I bought a pair of Fitflops too, they are exercise shoes with a wobble board inside. Similar to the shape ups without that ridiculous look of a rocking horse. I wear them everywhere including work and I can feel the result in my muscles at the end of the day.

WOW what a shocker. I weighed myself today and I am 15 pounds lighter! Funny how I stayed at 320 regardless and then just POOF 15 pounds lost. I am very very happy about this. I was a bit concerned about the short amount of time, but I have not been doing anything to hurt myself. I eat healthy, am always full, no stimulants or diuretics, plenty of rest/sleep, exercise at least four times a week, and walk.
305.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 125.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
