155.5 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

489 kcal Fat: 9.46g | Prot: 50.22g | Carb: 60.69g.   Breakfast: Iced Coffee, herbal tea. Lunch: garlic, onion powder, chicken breast, lemon juice, spinach. Dinner: swiss chard, skim milk, pepper, kosher salt, cumin, paprika, Garlic Powder, onion powder, Sole Breaded with spices. Snacks/Other: Diet Lemonade Iced Tea, lemon, strawberries, stevia, grapefruit, melba toast & spices (breaded). more...

after 6 days on shots i lost only 1 lb! how upsetting. i didn't deviate AT ALL! i didn't eat the same protein, veggies, or fruit in the same day, weighed everything, etc. I want this to work. The only thing i thought of was that i was fighting a cold all week and then finally it hit I don't know if that had to do with anything, but my doctor raised the hog shot, put me on B12 shots, a multi vitamin and magnesium, so hopefully next week will be different. 500 calories is too low to not expect to lose weight!
