Another plateau this week. Lots off stress this week so used to this now but its starting to go down again. Did lose size tho this week. 4cm off waist and 3.5cm off hips so I'm happy.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
