1396 kcal Fat: 30.17g | Prot: 105.53g | Carb: 173.20g.   Breakfast: almond milk, cantaloupe, veggie cheese omelet. Lunch: avocado green goddes dip, turkey breast, gourmet tortillas. Dinner: Caffeine free soda, turkey bacon, porta bella mushrooms,  turkey smokies, cooked shrimp, crab meat, mexican turkey burger. Snacks/Other: fit & Active non fat yogurt, chocolate-peanut butter grahamwiches, grapes. more...
