Have watched my weight increase by 15 pounds over the last few months. I have added more sugar back in the diet, as I now eat some fruit. My A1c is perfect at 5.8 and I occasionally have a dessert. I have had a physical exam and nothing was noted, except for spilling protein in my urine. My plan is to record everything I eat, again,over the next few weeks. I have been successful in loosing 50# over the last 5-6 years, and kept it off until now, that is down to 35#. Let's see where I was failing.
