I had another nice day yesterday at the RSPB reserve near Cambridge - Walked 7 miles stop start.
I did mess up on the carbs a little by eating an apple which sent my total carbs for day to 55g

Today I have a little H&S job visiting a plasterer friend of a friend in Oxford to sort out a risk assessment for him.
Mrs ADPully is coming in - A lunch out is a possibility.

I have been reading what I can about Dr Jason Fung (without subscribing) and his IF program . I don't think I have plateaued yet if/when I do this looks a good technique and would fit in well with my lifestyle. I am sitting here this morning not had brekkies yet 13 hours since my last meal -Thats pretty normal anyway. Turning the 13 in 16 could be done.

I found skipping brekkie the easiest thing to do. I find I don't eat more at lunchtime than previously either. And the best bit? If you actually do need to eat, all you've done is break your fast a wee bit early. Did you realise that you can sign up for a 30 day free trial on DietDoctor? You have to add your card details and remember to cancel before a payment's taken but it's a way of seeing more of his videos. Have a great day!
