I did pretty well as far as eating low carb, but, I did eat chocolates almost every evening. They are sugar free/low carb chocolates. I noticed when I don't eat them, I lose weight. You ould think I would learn from that. I want to get in to a few pairs of pants that are only a pound or two away, so I will try harder next week.
108.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
