1112 kcal Fat: 34.72g | Prot: 54.60g | Carb: 141.57g.   Breakfast: Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch: Apples , Hard Bolied Eggs, Fat Free Honey Mustard Salad Dressing, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types) , Chicken Breast Nuggets. Dinner: White Bread, Cooked Green Peas (Canned), Cooked Carrots (from Canned), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Broth (Home Recipe). Snacks/Other: Bananas , Quaker Oatmeal Squares, Life Cereal, M&M's. more...
