Back to tracking... moving for the last week or so.... back to work and back to tracking everything I'm eating..... scale keeps moving down.... must be doing something right.... focus on today and what I want to accomplish for the day.... have a great Thursday everyone!!
212.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
