I think it really works to not drink your calories. I.ve also been drinking more water with mio instead of green tea with stevia. I concentrate on eating solid protein and salad. I have had a mcdonolds sundae and captain crunch everyday, but still losing.
254.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 74.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week
