Haven't really been doing anything towards losing weight and getting healthy. I look at myself and think, "I don't like how I look. I hate this gut. refuse to have it this summer." Currently doing it for the vanity, but the side effect of a more healthy lifestyle is a welcome plus.
273.0 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
