Thought for sure I might lose some. Yeah yeah I know, sometimes it takes a few days of being " good" before a whoosh. I mentioned to Greg well I haven't really cheated yet, maybe I'll cheat on Saturday when we go to Columbus to one of our favorite restaurants with my son and grandkids coming in from Illinois. ( awesome burrtos with black beans and awesome Cuban toast!!!) He said, no, don't do it. He is supportive to me when I try to lose weight. :). Ok, gonna try to do it again today. It seems like the high calorie and/or high carb days aren't much different to me than the days I stay within my goals of 1500-1800 calls and 20 carbs, but I bet it will make a difference in the long run.since I can't tell that big a difference in the foods I pick unless I enter them on here and it tracks it, I am glad for fatsecret. What a name though. Patience. Slow and steady wins the race. My avatar should be a turtle :)
