A hoped for reduction this morning which helps to brighten up a extremely dull looking, and currently rainy, day
Today is the last day of my 5th week. I am planning on an especially low (for me) carb day to get my monthly average closer to 50g than the current 57g. So far this month I can honestly say that I have not felt very hungry at any time.
I do miss bread - Before I started this diet I had baked every loaf that we ate at home since April 2016 - I kept a log and that was 123 loaves ! Unfortunately I ate most of them. Perhaps this a major contributor in my weight gain. Here is a photo of another thing worth saving some carbs up for, a bacon sandwich.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love bread too and often baked it - in my 20s I used to do at least a loaf a day, starting it before I walked the dog and the ex taking it out of the oven just before he went to work. It's great that you're managing your appetite so well and the results speak for themselves : 7.5kg in five weeks!

Bread is one of the things we most miss. Like you, I used to make our bread, and pizza was a weekly treat. But I haven't made any in months. A bacon sandwich looks like just the job for a Sunday morning. Except we've no bread! Best wishes for the day ahead.
