Lost 5% as of today, two weeks ahead of my goal date. Most important, I broke 165 finally! Tracking, walking, portions, protein, produce. Bought jeans in a smaller size last week!
164.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
