I've never learned so much as I have during the pat week. Now I'll be off to my first challenge to see what I can do. I am decrepit a bit. I have a rotten back that has had multiple surgeries. Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I have to try.

Hey Jazzed! Great attitude! Can you see if your Doc(s) could give you some advice on the exercise? I'll bet you had PT and sometimes they are a great resource. Sometimes whatever doesn't kill you, maims you or makes you stronger. Take it from someone who's been there.
