Don't get discouraged. Keep trying. Maybe for your breakfast you could try egg whites with turkey sausage crumbles and bell peppers with a slice of dry whole grain toast. I like this for my breakfast and it is low in calories. I am currently on a 1800 calorie diet. If you do not like eggs maybe find something else you like better. Good Luck!
