Pleasant surprise from Dr. visit today. I don't feel like I'm losing weight, but I guess I am, 20 lbs in the past 2 months.

263.5 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 93.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
