Yesterday was one of the only Sunday's I have had off in a very long time. So, my in-laws came up for the afternoon and we had a splendid time. I ate a lot though so that wasn't very good and my wife made Blueberry Delight desert. This is super easy and very good but it is like 400 calories per serving. That was not good and I probably had 3 servings yesterday at supper. To make matters worse, I didn't get to exercise because Dani was sleeping and I was watching Jack. Once they both were up, my in-laws were here and did not leave until almost 7:30 PM. We will see how today goes.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
