Drinking a lot more water than i used to and am feeling a huge difference, eating more food and more regularly. Trying my best to consume a lot of iron so eating quite a lot of spinage,eggs,peas,salmon that sort of thing. I have given up pork and slowly managing to exercise more except at that time of month.Got the courage to join a dance class,Jazz. first onewas last week and really enjoyed it, was healthy enough to manage the activity level whuch was worried about as i pushed myself a bit too far night before as im slowly building up the excercise..it was just walking but now its like a walk then jog for ten minutes.

i only hope i can keep going and get where i want to be and just to be able to enjoy my life. :3 x
