I did do better being active last week- but not so great eating well. I think this challenge is working well though, cause I do think about having to "weigh-in" each week on my progress and I think that helps keep me more "honest" about the decisions I'm making!
And I did get extra exercise this weekend, with Roller Skating and then walking around Boston on a Chocolate Tour. (Counter-Productive, but AMAZING!!!)
