Weights up and down. Interesting. Wait and see how it goes this week. Calories have been a bit low so interesting to see effect of increasing calories to 1200 per day.
199.7 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
